Parvaz Mustavi, from southern Azerbaijan, decides to go into the wedding business in Baku. Bringing from Iran the rare and expensive car he inherited from his father, intending to hire it out, he has it stolen halfway. Facing ruin after the loss, Parvaz and his partner Yavar find themselves dealing with the country's most ruthless car swindlers.
