1General provisions
1.1. This document governs the rules for using the Kinobox platform (hereinafter the “Platform”).
1.2. By using the Platform, You are deemed to have fully agreed to these terms.
1.3. The Platform has the right to change, update or revoke these terms at any time. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the website.
2Registration and account
2.1. Registration is required in order to access the Platform. The user must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
2.2. A user may create only one personal account. Sharing an account, passing on a password or signing in on behalf of third parties is prohibited.
2.3. One account may be active on a maximum of 3 devices.
2.4. Using the account for commercial purposes, renting it out or selling it is prohibited.
2.5. Where the Platform detects suspicious activity in the use of an account, or where there are reasonable suspicions or information that the user has breached these terms, it has the right to deactivate that account without warning and without refunding the payment. This measure serves to ensure the Platform’s security and legal obligations.
2.6. The user bears full responsibility for the security of their account details.
2.7. The content offered on the Platform is intended for various age categories. Children must watch only content appropriate to their age, under the supervision of a parent or legal representative. Parents bear responsibility in this respect.
3Subscription and payments
3.1. The following subscription models are available:
- Basic Plan — AZN 4.9/month (promotional price), regular price AZN 6.90;
- Premium Plan — AZN 9.9/month (promotional price), regular price AZN 12.90;
- Single View (Pay-per-view) — the option to watch selected films individually, at prices starting from AZN 3.
3.2. All payments are carried out via Visa, Mastercard and other internationally certified systems.
3.3. The subscription renews automatically and, unless the user cancels before the next period begins, the payment may be charged to the payment card.
3.4. The Platform reserves the right to change prices and subscription terms at any time.
4Rules of use and prohibitions
4.1. All content is made available for personal, non-commercial use only.
4.2. Downloading, copying, archiving, publicly showing or broadcasting the content, or recording it by screenshot or screen capture, is strictly prohibited.
4.3. Circumventing regional restrictions by VPN or other technical means, breaking DRM systems and sharing content with third parties is prohibited.
4.4. In the event of a breach of these rules, the user’s account will be blocked and legal measures may be taken in accordance with the applicable legislation.
5Cancellation and refund policy
5.1. The user may cancel their subscription at any time.
5.2. In the event of cancellation, no funds are refunded for the remaining part of the current paid period.
5.3. Where the service is temporarily unavailable for technical reasons, the Platform may, at its own discretion, offer the user additional viewing time or a bonus. Such compensation is voluntary in nature only and creates no financial or legal obligation. In such cases the Platform bears no responsibility for refunding money to the user or for providing any material compensation. The user accepts this condition in advance.
6Responsibility of the user
6.1. The user is obliged to comply with the legislation of Azerbaijan and with ethical norms.
6.2. The user bears responsibility for all operations carried out from their account.
6.3. Sharing passwords, signing in from someone else’s account, unlawful use of content, insulting comments, violence, hatred and discriminatory expressions are prohibited.
6.4. Where such behaviour is detected, the Platform may block the account without warning or apply to law-enforcement authorities.
7Limitation of liability
7.1. The Platform provides the service within its technical and legal capabilities, and no warranty is given that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or in line with the expectations of all users.
7.2. The Platform bears no responsibility for interruptions arising from technical reasons, failures in partner systems, internet connection problems or licensing obligations, but makes every effort to restore the service.
7.3. The availability and continuity of content may change due to licences, partner agreements and legal restrictions.
7.4. Under no circumstances does the Platform bear responsibility for indirect damage, moral distress or loss of potential income. By accepting this document, the user confirms that they will not bring any legal claim in such cases.
