The film opens up Falakat's family, his childhood, his neighbourhood and his private life, showing him closer and from a new side. The trouble starts when a businessman decides to demolish the district where Falakat lives. Our hero steps forward, determined to stop it and to punish the ruthless businessman — but he is Falakat, after all, and his own erratic nature wrecks every plan and makes matters worse. Will he find a way out?
