The film is dedicated to the Azerbaijani film director and screenwriter Oktay Mirasadulla oghlu Mirgasimov, People's Artist and holder of the Orders of Honour and Independence. It gives a broad account of the artist's family life, his rich work as a film director and his services in teaching, and is an artistic embodiment of the values he gave to the world of art and to the development of Azerbaijani cinema.
