Orkhan Bayramov was born on 15 April 1985 in the village of Boladi in the Lankaran district. From 1991 to 2002 he received his secondary education at secondary school No. 1, named after Shahid Nahir Akhundov, in the village of Boladi. From 2003 to 2004 he did his military service. From 2005 to 2010 he received specialised secondary education at the finance and credit faculty of the Azerbaijan State College of Finance and Economics. From 2010 to 2014 he received higher education at the directing faculty of the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts. From 2009 to 2014 he taught at the Azerbaijan Capoeira Federation and was engaged in creative work there. His creative career began in the 2010s. From 2010 to 2013, at the Yarasa Film company he founded himself, he wrote the screenplays for and directed the films "At the Turn of Death", "At the Turn of Death 2" and "The Money Bag". While working at the Azerbaijan Capoeira Federation, together with the "Sport Service Company" he wrote and directed two short films, "Ecological Mission" and "Turn of Death 3". In 2015 he renamed the "Yarasa Film" company "Yarasa Art Pictures" and took his first step into a professional film career. From 2015 to 2017 he produced his first feature film, "Once Upon a Time in Sheki" ("The Game"), a joint Azerbaijani-Turkish project with a screenplay by Eren Azaka. His short film "Kill Kill" ("Öldür-Öldür") won the "Judges Awards Drama" nomination at the NAFCo (Northern Appalachian Film Collective) Winter Film Festival.
