
Eva Dedova grew up in Almaty, Kazakhstan. She completed her education in the Radio, Television and Cinema and Theatre department of Kadir Has University. After working at the Beşiktaş Culture Centre (BKM), she appeared in the programme 'Çok Güzel Hareketler Bunlar'. She played the character Öykü Akyol in the final season of the series 'Kavak Yelleri'. In 2013 she shared the lead role with Aras Bulut Iynemli in the film 'Mahmut ile Meryem', based on the novel of the same name by Azerbaijani writer and Deputy Prime Minister Elchin Afandiyev. In 2014 she appeared before audiences as Tatya in the series 'Kurt Seyit ve Şura'. In 2016 she played the character Ece in the series 'Babam ve Ailesi', broadcast on Kanal D. In 2018 she played the character Victoria in the series 'Mehmetçik Kut'ül Amare'. In 2020 she played the character Katherine Branković in the documentary series 'Rise of Empires: Ottoman', broadcast on Netflix.
