
Rasulov Eldaniz Geybulla oglu was born on 30 April 1952 in Gakh. In 1974 he graduated from the drama and film acting department of the Azerbaijan State Institute of Arts. He worked at the film-actors' theatre studio operating under the 'Azerbaijanfilm' studio. He began appearing in feature films in 1971: 'The Bay of Joy' (Seyidov), 'Babek' (Azin), 'I Want to Understand' (Zeynal), 'Nizami' (Makhan, Bashir), 'The Legend of Gumushgol' (Farid), 'The Devil in Plain Sight' (Zeynal), 'The Sorcerer' (the village elder), and others. He has been an active participant in the dubbing of multi-episode feature television series and documentary films for Azerbaijan Television and Lider TV. He is the son of the playwright Geybulla Rasulov. In 2008 he was awarded the honorary title of Honoured Artist of the Republic of Azerbaijan. He is a member of the Azerbaijan Union of Cinematographers.
