Firuza Balayeva was born on 23 February 1980 in Baku. She finished secondary school in 1997 and that same year entered the Baku Cultural-Educational Technical School. In 2000 she graduated from the Faculty of Cultural Studies and Artistic Creativity. From 2010 to 2015 she studied Theatre Directing at the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts. She is married with one child.
